Sales Account Executive

Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Executive to join our team and bridge the gap between our sales and technology departments. As a key player in our organization, you'll be responsible for understanding ElectrifAi's products and creating a persuasive value pitch to showcase our offerings to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new account opportunities using product-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively guide the sales process to closure
  • Coordinate resources for discovery calls, presentations, and demos with audiences, including CDOs, CMOs, digital marketing leaders, and analytics/mar-tech experts
  • Expand opportunities by growing pilots into subscription customers and expanding the client footprint in multi-brand accounts
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing your pipeline of opportunities
  • Leverage and coordinate cross-functional internal teams (Engineering, Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to efficiently navigate sales cycles
  • Track all opportunity and customer details diligently in CRM, including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting
  • Work strategically with management to identify opportunities to accelerate our sales processes, capitalize on emerging market developments, and strengthen our customer/partner value proposition
  • Attend events/conferences, internal meetings or meetings with prospects/clients (20% or more travel may be required)
  • Identify and target sales leads, build and maintain relationships with clients, set and exceed sales quotas, prospect clients, and understand their needs
  • Budget and allocate resources efficiently to maximize outcomes

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of sales experience with a track record of top performance in a closing role at a software provider
  • Experience selling technology products/services to Enterprise and Mid-Market customers, navigating a complex sales process with multiple decision makers and influencers through various partners
  • Knowledge of AI/ML products and platforms is a plus
  • A Bachelor's degree and/or early startup experience are preferred

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
  • Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them
  • Strong communication skills and understanding of the sales process
  • Experience in managing a book of business
